To report a lost or stolen card during SMW FCU business hours, call your local branch at 651-747-1500 (or toll free at 1-800-772-1023). Business hours are M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturday, 9:00am-12:00pm (Noon).

To report a lost or stolen SMW debit/check card, see steps below:
- Call InstantCash at 800-535-8440.
- Call the Credit Union at the first available business hour, and fill out any corresponding forms.
- If there is a number associated with any fraud on your account, try contacting the merchant first, then call your Credit Union.
- A new card will be ordered ASAP.
